What are some of your specialties, trainings, and unique offerings?
I am a Certified Reflexologist, DONA Trained Birth & Postpartum Doula and The Calm Birth School Trained Instructor – I love supporting preconception through postpartum.
What makes you really shine or feel like you’re thriving?
I’m very energetic and sensitive to the energy in the room allowing me to better navigate the needs of people, I also love to laugh and sometimes a good laugh can really add a sense of relief to a situation!
What are the best 3 words to describe yourself?
Passionate.
Hard-working.
Accommodating.
What can we find you doing when you are not with a client?
Spending time with my husband Paul, reading, learning, researching birth, taking care of my plants, cuddling with Rocko (my dog) – usually a combination of all the things!
What is your favorite bit of advice or words of encouragement for new parents?
Don’t allow people to come over after baby is born without supporting your family and having a job or task to help your family out. AND, don’t be too hard on yourself, it’s okay to feel like you did nothing all day. You took care of a baby – and that’s huge!
How are you changing the world? What is your legacy you are building for future generations for our community?
By normalizing the things people don’t talk about.
By supporting people going through the hard stuff, the silent journeys, the struggles and the victories.
By being an unbiased raving fan no matter the outcome.

I love my pets, my pets include: Rocko (Boston Terrier/Teacup Chihuahua Mix), Yuki (Maltese), Mango (Cockatiel), Astro (Cockatiel) & Margo (Seasonal Mourning Dove).
I’m also a birth nerd & indoor plant enthusiast, and a movie lover, especially horror movies!
