Yasmin Johnson

Yasmin Johnston

Pediatric Sleep Consultant

Yasmin (she, her) is a mom of two boys, a pilot wife, author, integrative feeding specialist, and a certified infant and toddler sleep consultant. She founded Mindful Sleep Consulting after experiencing extreme sleep deprivation and its challenges following the birth of her second son.  When she discovered the benefits of 1:1 sleep training and how it can support the entire family, she knew she wanted to provide this service for all other exhausted parents out there. Utilizing a supportive and holistic approach, she helps educate and guide parents through the sleep training process, while simultaneously encouraging parents to re-discover themselves and each other.
