POSTPARTUM DOULAS

Exhausted? Overwhelmed? Our Ann Arbor Birth & Family Postpartum Doulas can help. Because we’re a collective, each doula manages her own availability, but we currently have postpartum doulas who prefer to support families during the day, and others who prefer nights. This means you have multiple options to get the rest and support you need during this demanding time in your lives. Our Postpartum Doulas support families during the weeks and months after birth, in the greater Ann Arbor and Metro Detroit areas. They provide a set of extra hands to spend with your infant, offer newborn feeding support, or to help with light household chores so that you can get the rest and recovery you need.

If Coronavirus makes you nervous about having a visitor in the house, ask your doula if they offer virtual support. We are dedicated to providing you with the support and guidance as you navigate life with your new baby and new routine.  With virtual support you can gain the confidence and reassurance to find balance in taking care of your new baby and yourself, as parents.  Learn more about virtual postpartum care.
